FIT BOOT CAMP

Fit Boot Camp is a martial arts-based program that incorporates the benefits of cardio, core, strength and flexibility training all into one energizing, 45-minute workout.

Open to both men and women, Fit Boot Camp is a great workout for those looking to get in shape, maintain fitness, or crosstrain to add to their current fitness program.

Classes generally start with a cardio warmup cycle, then rotate through a selection of exercises, all of which can be modified to work for just about any fitness level, or work around most pre-existing injuries.

Fit Boot Camp program is designed to strengthen the core, improve balance, tone and tighten, build strength, improve muscle endurance, improve cardio, increase flexibility and help you achieve your fitness goals. If you’re looking for someone to whip you into better shape, help you crosstrain or maintain your plan, Fit Boot Camp is your new happy place.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Fit Boot Camp is taught by Grismel. Grismel grew up practicing martial arts and dancing baile folklorico. She fell in love with Zumba at Evolve.

When her favorite Zumba instructor moved on, her Zumba peers insisted she was a natural-born teacher and pleaded her to sign up for Zumba instructor certification. She might be a little shy off the dance floor but you would never know it by her Zumba moves! Grismel teaches a class full of sass!
